"I love the taste of the product and everything about the product itself, however, they take forever to ship, and also half the time when they arrive the product is smooshed, and the chocolate has already crystallized. I looked at the expiration date, and it’s a long ways out, so it’s not an old product, but it’s not like it’s being shipped to the lower 48 where it’s hotter than Hades, it’s being shipped to Alaska, so cool weather where it shouldn’t oxidize the chocolate."

Not happy with the shipping

"The shipping was slow, delivered a day later than what was expected. never got a notification saying they were on my front porch till an hour after the delivery and by then they sat in 90 degree weather and my product was melted. Will not be ordering again from you."

Love these

"I don’t know what happened, but I ordered a box and a four pack came with for free. They were so stale. I’m so disappointed cause I buy these all the time and it totally made me sick. They were all white on the bottom. I threw them all away a 12 pack and a four pack that I got for free that’s when I ordered straight when I order from Amazon they’re not bad. They’re great. I’m sorry to say, but these were stale."

Built makes no provision for

"Built makes no provision for shipping to hot weather areas. The bars arrived each stuck to the wrappers since they'd been in warehouse, on delivery truck and eventually porch in 100 degree weather. They need to use some kind of cooling pouches in the boxes."

I love these salted caramel

"I love these salted caramel puff bars. Records show delivery at 8:00A but I didn't hear a door bell to notify me or get a text so they sat on my doorstep in the utah 95 degree temp - so they were pretty melted by the time I got them. I realize the temperature is nothing you can control. Is it possible to get a notification at delivery time? Anyway, I absolutely LOVE the puff bars and will certainly order more!!!"

"This is a very buttery bar with the perfect amount of salt. Tastes more like toffee to me. I do like just a little texture change. Even a little chunky salt would be nice but the flavor is on point. Highly recommend."
