"I ordered 3 boxes of the 12 counts chocolate chip cookie dough and I’ve opened two boxes so far , both of them are totally flat and melted . They were only outside for 5 mins between the delivery driver dropping them off and me putting shoes on to get them off my porch. The one box has an off taste the other tastes normal but again it totally smashed . Both bars in both boxes also have a white substance on the outside of the bar which I’ve never had before and I would venture to say I’ve purchased well over 100 boxes."

"This used to be the best product out there built bars, taste wonderful. I love the cookie dough chunk puff. Problem is is they are getting cheaper and cheaper and I’m not talking price. In the past built bars always had three cookie dough. Chunks across the top every now and then you would find one with two never one with one or none. Now they come with two every now and then three and even some with zero but mostly too. Is that how you bring the cost down because it sure doesn’t taste good."

"The product tastes good but they were melted I paid for the product protection(dont do that) because I emailed them and I got back”sorry about that basically, make sure not to leave them outside when delivered (they were delivered to my work) so they only sat on the UPS truck!! Then it said put them in the fridge for an hour or so before eating(which I did) and that was the extent of the email! Other than send us a picture which I haven’t done yet!"

The absolute best flavor!

"THESE ARE OUR FAVORITE OF ALL OF THE BUILT BAR FLAVORS - BAR NONE! The cookie dough on top is our favorite part. These bars singlehandedly helped me survive the first and second trimesters when nothing else sounded delicious, and then helped me maintain my caloric and protein intake while breastfeeding. Seriously, these bars are that delicious and I'm so glad I found them. I think our purchases of this flavor alone got us to the gold reward status, haha"

Not the best batch

"I ordered the variety box. I have ordered many times before, these were dry and stale. I ordered cookie dough, brownie batter, and smores PB. I didn’t get the s’mores PB. It was just plain peanut butter. I am so disappointed, I usually love built puff bars."

"The last 2 orders we've gotten of the Cookie dough chunk have been terrible quality. They have been extremely hard and chewy, not soft at all like they have been in the past. This last order we also purchased two other flavors, which were great, soft texture and great taste. Seems to be an issue only with the cookie dough chunk"

"I can rarely find the flavors I like in stores. So I bought them online and all 3 boxes were mush. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. I know Built can't help the heat but if I could buy them in stores then I wouldn't have this problem."
