"I love these salted caramel puff bars. Records show delivery at 8:00A but I didn't hear a door bell to notify me or get a text so they sat on my doorstep in the utah 95 degree temp - so they were pretty melted by the time I got them. I realize the temperature is nothing you can control. Is it possible to get a notification at delivery time? Anyway, I absolutely LOVE the puff bars and will certainly order more!!!"

"We have been ordering Built Puff Salted Caramel bars for years. We love them. However, in our last order, one of the boxes of bars came open. One of the bars inside was open and looked half eaten. It was gross. We had to throw the whole box away. We are very, very disappointed with Built over this lack of quality control, especially since we have been loyal customers for many years."
