Not what I was expecting

"I was really looking forward to having these sour apple puff bars again - the first time they were delicious. Unfortunately, the second time I ordered them, a majority of the box was smashed and when I opened the packaging housing the actual bars, there was like a wax-like substance caked in the wrapper. Once I removed that wax glob, the flavor of the bar was enjoyable; but it wasn't like my first experience. In this instance, it was basically the puff part w/o any additional coating. The rest of the boxes in my shipment were completely fine; but this box, sadly was not what I was expecting - especially when it was shipped directly from built and not a 3rd party."

"I love the sour puff bars. They’re hands down my favorite protein bar I’ve ever had. I’ll be devastated if they’re ever pulled from the market. They help me with my sweet treat fix while giving me a great protein source. "These bars are so good! The only complaint I have. Is that the bars frequently arrive a bit smashed And that way they are very hard to get out of the wrapping. I think the box they come in. Should be made a tiny bit smaller. So the bars don't have a chance to slip around during the shipping process."
