Coconut box was awful!

"I’m so disappointed! It’s been a while now since I complained about the coconut bars I bought that tasted awful and were a different color inside. I spoke with customer service and they had given me some credit to purchase more bars. I thought by now this was fixed and bars were pulled so I ordered a variety box with them in it and a box of 4. I made sure I notated which ones were in the variety box and which were in the individual box. . The Variety box bars were normal. However the individual box was the same I reported before. I had to throw the box of them away. They were awful. It’s very frustrating to have this still going on."

Something was wrong

"Coconut is usually my favorite flavor, first one I ever tried and what got me hooked on Built Puff. The first one from this box was rancid tasting. I threw it away and chalked it up to whatever I had eaten before. Had a second one and it was the same. I couldn’t finished that one either. I’m pretty sure something is wrong with this batch of coconut ones. I threw the whole box away and am nervous to order another one"

"I took advantage of the special offer on Built’s website and ordered three boxes: Coconut, salted, caramel, and Strawberry. Additionally, I ordered an extra box— the peanut butter. All three flavors tasted great, and the texture was surprisingly light and fluffy—like eating a marshmallow covered in chocolate with the flavor of your choice."

Wish I Could Undo This Purchase

"Bought a mixed box, with strawberries and cream, rocky road, and this flavor, coconut. Absolutely vile. Did not taste like coconut, the outer coating was waxy, the whole bar was not edible, I took one bite and threw it, and the other 3 coconut bars away. The other two flavors were phenomenal."
