Melted in the heat

"I wasn’t aware that they were delivered and they sat in the mail box for a few hours and they melted. Wish I would have been told the right time that they were being delivered and sent a text that they were here in the mailbox and with some ice packs. I do have photos of them melted"

"I buy several boxes every month but the last 2 orders and been completely squished and flat :( it really disappointing trying to enjoy a bar that has apparently melted and pooled back up in the lower half of the wrapper. I genuinely havent been able to make myself eat them. Its awful. They need to protect them better for shipping and offer some kind of cold shipping option. Ive pretty mych wasted my money 2 months in a row now."

Feed Me!

"I bought these thinking they would hit my sweet spot. But now, I find myself checking the cupboard every twenty minutes like a raccoon searching for leftover scraps. The only downside is the box should carry a disclaimer saying, “This may lead to hoarding these bars from your family members. ” 5 stars."

needs melt protection somehow

"I know it's not really your fault but the package was outside my door for like 30 minutes and all of my bars still melted. I live in south Florida so I was hoping that I could get to them quickly enough to stop the melting but I couldn't. They still taste decent but they are all weird shape/texture now. The bars I bought from my local supermarket tasted better because the crunchy bits on top did not melt. If you could offer some kind of temperature protection or at least give delivery drivers instructions to leave the packages in the shade then it would be greatly appreciated."
