"I was really looking forward to having these sour apple puff bars again - the first time they were delicious. Unfortunately, the second time I ordered them, a majority of the box was smashed and when I opened the packaging housing the actual bars, there was like a wax-like substance caked in the wrapper. Once I removed that wax glob, the flavor of the bar was enjoyable; but it wasn't like my first experience. In this instance, it was basically the puff part w/o any additional coating. The rest of the boxes in my shipment were completely fine; but this box, sadly was not what I was expecting - especially when it was shipped directly from built and not a 3rd party."
