"I know it's not really your fault but the package was outside my door for like 30 minutes and all of my bars still melted. I live in south Florida so I was hoping that I could get to them quickly enough to stop the melting but I couldn't. They still taste decent but they are all weird shape/texture now. The bars I bought from my local supermarket tasted better because the crunchy bits on top did not melt. If you could offer some kind of temperature protection or at least give delivery drivers instructions to leave the packages in the shade then it would be greatly appreciated."
