"Product never received - their shipping is terrible. . and customer service does not respond to inquiries - product has been 'attempted delivery' since 08/18 - but not sure why they were not successful in delivering - we have no problem getting other deliveries. ."

As far as the product

"As far as the product is concerned the puff bars are good. Unfortunately i was only able to really enjoy 1 of the bars due to all the others melted so badly since the Fed Ex driver left the package out @ the mailbox across the street from my house in the sun. I guess the driver was too lazy or dumb to pull in the driveway & place them on my covered front porch. When contacting Built about the situation & sending a picture of where the package was left i was sent an email to put them in the fridge which did not help they were just a chilled pile of goo. I was denied a refund unless i opened up all the bars & took pictures. Since no bars to eat & no refund i will never order anything from the Built company ever again."

The taste was OK, but

"The taste was OK, but to be honest, the shipping was terrible. My first order melted and my second order wasn’t as melted, but still melted. I think you need to offer a method of sending your bars so they don’t melt. I now have to put a pause on ordering from you because you can’t get it to me without them being melted. I do thank you that you were willing to replace my order the first time for free but not a second time and I’m left with a melted mess."

"I like the product but the delivery was horrible. The delivery box was very warm, every individual box inside was very warm and all of the bars are extremely soft and feel melted. It was like the delivery driver drove around all day with my box sitting in a hot car with no air conditioning. Everything is melted and impossible to eat."

Good flavour but expected more.

"They had a good flavour if you get one of the bites on top with your bite but the rest of the bar was fairly plain. I didn’t taste a ton of peanut butter like I expected. They were ok but I won’t order this flavour again."

Live in Northeast Florida and

"Live in Northeast Florida and I will not be ordering anymore during the summer, no fault of Built. I cannot tell if u like these or not, the chunks are very small but may have melted. I love Built but they will now be a winter order. Wish u offered w dry ice!"

Not As good As I expected

"They did not taste like peanut butter or smores. They were ok. The chocolate was cracked and dry like the bars were old. I also noticed the bars are smaller. I would not purchase these again. I gave it 2 stars because the delivery was on time."

Did not Enjoy the flavor at all :(

"I tried this flavor today thinking i would for sure love it and NO! When i took my first bite i could already feel the texture difference and i was happy to see the graham chunks but they didn't make it any better i have a chemical taste on my tongue now. So sad i was really excited for this flavor maybe its just my taste buds because all i see are good reviews but my daughter also did not enjoy them :("

It’s the cookie dough bar with a different name

"Not bad, but tastes exactly like the chocolate chip cookie dough bar. And the graham cracker chunks are like . 2% graham cracker - it’s all just a chocolate chunk with no cracker. The inside should taste more like marshmallow instead of cookie dough!"

PB s’mores

"The texture was fine. But none of the flavors are distinguishable. You don’t taste the marshmallow. You don’t taste the peanut butter you don’t taste the graham cracker. I actually gave them away. Overall a disappointment."
