"Unfortunately, the puff bars in this last couple of box I purchased tasted very stale. Also, there needs to be a better way that they ship these. Every time I have ordered, I bring them in the house and stick them directly into the fridge once they are delivered, but you can tell that they’ve melted. I will have to go back to buying them at an actual store even though the flavor options are very limited. At least they aren’t melted and don’t taste stale."

"I love the taste of the product and everything about the product itself, however, they take forever to ship, and also half the time when they arrive the product is smooshed, and the chocolate has already crystallized. I looked at the expiration date, and it’s a long ways out, so it’s not an old product, but it’s not like it’s being shipped to the lower 48 where it’s hotter than Hades, it’s being shipped to Alaska, so cool weather where it shouldn’t oxidize the chocolate."

"The shipping was slow, delivered a day later than what was expected. never got a notification saying they were on my front porch till an hour after the delivery and by then they sat in 90 degree weather and my product was melted. Will not be ordering again from you."

"I don’t know what happened, but I ordered a box and a four pack came with for free. They were so stale. I’m so disappointed cause I buy these all the time and it totally made me sick. They were all white on the bottom. I threw them all away a 12 pack and a four pack that I got for free that’s when I ordered straight when I order from Amazon they’re not bad. They’re great. I’m sorry to say, but these were stale."
