"I ordered the Coconut ones through Built and the inside and they tasted horrible!! Coconut is my favorite one so I was disappointed. I was given a gift card and I ordered them again through Built, and they were the exact same! I looked at the Best By date and Batch number were the exact same!! I emailed the company and was told to wait while before ordering because the 4 ct bars don’t sell as much as the 12 count!"

"I usually love these - but the last two times I purchased them, first at Costco then at Target (month later), they were rancid. The inside was brown and it tasted sour. I’m sad because I really like them but I can’t keep wasting money if they’re going to continue being rancid."
"My bars were delivered in a cardboard box. Melted. I put them in fridge. They don’t taste good now. The wax and chocolate have separated out and reconfigured. Built needs to do better with shipping in the heat."

"I love the flavors. Coconut was my favorite already. Order the watermelon to try and love it too. I did see the mail slip suggesting refrigerated them after delivery and stuck them in over night. Sadly shipping seems to always result in melted bars. I've Order via Amazon with the company/seller being Built, or directly thru you coming through USPS. It's all the same. In store purchases at multiple store do not present the same melted bars. I'd imagine it's the refrigerated trucks for groceries that makes the difference. I'd rather order directly from built. The bar end up mis-shaped, with the coating not evenly distributed. An almost Coconut oil (carnauba wax, maybe) seem to separate and like the wrapping. Please consider shipping with cooling packs, even just in warm location or during warm months. It would make such a difference to the overall experience."

I paid for the shipping protection but it didn't matter. on the box it said "warranty void if shipping temp reaches more than 85⁰" I was given an option for faster shipping but it still would have melted bc I live in the desert. it'd be nice if they shipped out with ice packs. all my bars are goopy and gross."
