"All the bars I received in my order were smushed. It was so disappointing as I am a repeat customer but it’s been so hard to eat these as the wrapper is difficult to remove. I even placed all the boxes I received in the fridge for at least 8 hours before I even opened any of them and they were all still melted, deformed and squished. Sooooo sad :("

Just dont ship well in the summer

"I ordered multiple boxes as my supply was running low. The day they were delivered was exceptionally hot and I was not home to immediately get them. I put the boxes straight into the cooler for several days. Honestly, they are just not good. Sticking to wrapper, the puff is gone, some of them the taste is different. Built needs to at least have an option for adding ice packs for summer delivery. I won't be ordering in the summer again. I love this product, but this was a waste of money sadly."
