"I absolutely love all the flavors. First protein bars I have EVER liked. I will continue to buy. I do wish the orders were packed with some sort of cool pack I’ve had 2 orders several boxes in each order but they do come pretty deformed from melting during transit. That won’t stop me from purchasing though. These are awesome bars"
"The bars themselves are great we enjoy them. However our 2 last orders were completely ruined in the apparent heat. And we received them directly from the delivery driver so they did not sit outside. Granted customer service did give a credit and suggested we reorder “when it’s cooler out”. So we should only buy these in the winter?? Weird. Perhaps some alternative shipping methods would drive sales. Unfortunate can’t order these during the summer."
"Looks better than it tastes. I had higher hopes with the taste because of the flavor. This one isn’t bad, but I’m not a fan of the white chocolate coating. Not sure if a different coating would work. I won’t rule it out if I want variety with my bars. I’d probably only purchase if it was on sale. I like some other flavors better."
"All the bars I received in my order were smushed. It was so disappointing as I am a repeat customer but it’s been so hard to eat these as the wrapper is difficult to remove. I even placed all the boxes I received in the fridge for at least 8 hours before I even opened any of them and they were all still melted, deformed and squished. Sooooo sad :("
"I will never order from the Built site again. I have been a loyal customer for years. The fastest shipment came totally melted. I met the delivery man at the door, so this didn't happen on my porch. When I contacted them, they said "this happens" and to put them into the fridge to harden. I did. But they are a mess now, gooey to eat and get out of the wrappers, look bad and not in bar shapes. I have 40 of them! I live in MI too. They need to protect their products better."
