Why Higher Prices for Canadians?

Oh, Canada! We adore you—but why the higher prices? It’s those sneaky tariffs! When we ship north, customs hits us with a “welcome tax” (think of it as a cover charge, minus the velvet rope). We’d love to push it off and keep the price the same as always, but no dice. So, prices are a tad higher to keep the Puffs coming. Sorry, eh—it’s not you, it’s the trade rules! We have seen a lot more demand for Built Puff than Built Bar. We’ll continue to offer bars on our website in select flavors, but fewer than we’ve had previously. We do plan to have occasional limited release bar flavors come throughout the year. We consistently monitor demand and consumer feedback & appreciate your support and effort in contacting us.

I saw a flavor I wanted a few weeks ago but I can't find it on the site, where is it?

At Built, we’re proud to manufacture and ship all our bars ourselves—because of that, we can bring you Limited Time Only flavors (LTOs) on the regular! Some fan favorites might make a comeback, but most LTOs are a one-and-done deal—once they’re gone, they’re gone! Don’t worry, though—we’ve got your back with a lineup of classic flavors that are always available. To spot an LTO, just look for the "Limited Release" tag. If it’s tagged, you’ll want to snag it while you can. If not, it’ll be here waiting for you on your next visit. Happy snacking!

"My package arrived but as soon as I opened them every single bar was melted and deformed even leaking out of the wrappers. I'm so disappointed because I paid for shipping insurance and they came like this. I reached out to your TikTok channel about it and so they told me was, "oh put them in the fridge they'll be fine" No. Not fine at all. It's ruined the taste and completely turn me off the product. "I'm sorry to say I was really disappointed with the rocky road bar. It would have been better with brownie chunks! I LOVE the mint brownie chunk and the coconut Brownie chunk bars because the pieces of brownie add a different and delicious texture to the otherwise slightly boring puff on its own. I bought close to 20 boxes of the mint brownie awhile back but they're almost gone and I haven't seen the coconut Brownie fudge for a long time. PLEASE bring these 2 back!"
