The taste was OK, but

"The taste was OK, but to be honest, the shipping was terrible. My first order melted and my second order wasn’t as melted, but still melted. I think you need to offer a method of sending your bars so they don’t melt. I now have to put a pause on ordering from you because you can’t get it to me without them being melted. I do thank you that you were willing to replace my order the first time for free but not a second time and I’m left with a melted mess."

"I like the product but the delivery was horrible. The delivery box was very warm, every individual box inside was very warm and all of the bars are extremely soft and feel melted. It was like the delivery driver drove around all day with my box sitting in a hot car with no air conditioning. Everything is melted and impossible to eat."

"Live in Northeast Florida and I will not be ordering anymore during the summer, no fault of Built. I cannot tell if u like these or not, the chunks are very small but may have melted. I love Built but they will now be a winter order. Wish u offered w dry ice!"

Taste was good, but the bars were smashed

"I've been buying built puff bars for about a year and they've always tasted better than other protein bars. However, this last box I purchased was full of smashed bars. It wasn't a factory seconds box either. Terrible quality and I think it's the last time I'll order from the website."

Ok, but other flavors are better

"Consistency is the same as other bars. The flavor is ok, but other varieties are better. The main issue with my order is that it melted when shipped. The outside coating is all crumbly and chalky since it melted during shipping. The shape of the bars is deformed as well. I will not order via mail again. I don’t see an option during summer months when the bars won’t melt."

"I don’t know because you send out a paid order for this product in the middle of the summer with ground shipping without any sort of cooler, ice or dry ice. Completely melted. Clothing I was taken care of on the refund, the issue is still that your company decided that taking care of the customer shipping of a meltable item without any care at all"

Great mix of flavors

"This is fantastic. It combined the PB and s'mores and it is delicious. The pieces on top make it taste so much better and you feel like it's a treat. I would definitely recommend it if you like PB and s'mores."

Good but melted in the Las Vegas Sun

"I’ve only tried this flavor (also bought the milkshake bars too) but it took longer than expected for the bars to arrive and when they did they were completely melted. I had to throw them in the fridge just to make them solid enough to eat. They are a bit messy out of the packaging now but I assume they taste all the same."

"The new Peanut Butter Smores Chunk Puff are amazing. I am not a big fan of smores but I love peanut butter so had to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I keep a variety of flavors in my pantry because I eat a puff everyday for a sweet treat and added protein to my diet and they're the best bars on the market."

Just ok

"I am a huge fan of the puff chunk bars (specifically the cookie dough) so I thought this would be amazing. Unfortunately every time I order bars online, they come squished and half melted even after I put the box directly in the fridge. I want to love the bars, but the chunks are all squished and difficult to taste. I guess I will need to only buy in the store from now on."
