"I usually love Built bars. However, I recently purchased Cereal Milk and sour pink lemonade, both of which I could not find in store. These tasted super weird. They had a more collagen flavor and the cereal milk had the consistency of dough and not marshmallow."

"My bars were delivered to the parcel box at 9:30am and were completely melted by the time I got home from work and retrieved them. I was told by Built to put them in the refrigerator and that they usually hold up fine. I did as instructed and they are terrible. I sent photos and am still waiting on a reaponse. Ive been ordering Built bars for over 3 years. Super disappointing."
