What happened to the Built Bar?

"I haven't ordered Built Bars in awhile and the recipe must have changed. I tried a new one that tasted of chemicals. I thought that the Brownie Batter, which had been a favorite, would taste good, but I was wrong! The coating was cracked and center has oozed out a bit. The flavor was bland and the flavor that came through was chemical--- ugh. I was very disappointed and I note the refund policy is to refund the price of only one box. I ordered total of four different flavors. I have not tried each one and the only one that is palatable is the mint. I also didn't eat them quickly, but wanted them as an occasional treat, so I didn't even try them all before the return window had closed. So, I am completely out of luck. I had a friend try them hoping they might like them but after one bite, they concluded that there was a chemical taste that lingered even after they spit out the bite. I had several flavors of built bars that I liked in the past so this experience was very disappointing."
