The taste was OK, but

"The taste was OK, but to be honest, the shipping was terrible. My first order melted and my second order wasn’t as melted, but still melted. I think you need to offer a method of sending your bars so they don’t melt. I now have to put a pause on ordering from you because you can’t get it to me without them being melted. I do thank you that you were willing to replace my order the first time for free but not a second time and I’m left with a melted mess."

Ok, but other flavors are better

"Consistency is the same as other bars. The flavor is ok, but other varieties are better. The main issue with my order is that it melted when shipped. The outside coating is all crumbly and chalky since it melted during shipping. The shape of the bars is deformed as well. I will not order via mail again. I don’t see an option during summer months when the bars won’t melt."

"The new Peanut Butter Smores Chunk Puff are amazing. I am not a big fan of smores but I love peanut butter so had to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I keep a variety of flavors in my pantry because I eat a puff everyday for a sweet treat and added protein to my diet and they're the best bars on the market."

Just ok

"I am a huge fan of the puff chunk bars (specifically the cookie dough) so I thought this would be amazing. Unfortunately every time I order bars online, they come squished and half melted even after I put the box directly in the fridge. I want to love the bars, but the chunks are all squished and difficult to taste. I guess I will need to only buy in the store from now on."

"So far the best flavor. I’m not a big fan of the texture of these bars. I know what they’re going for— marshmallow covered in chocolate— but in my opinion, it’s a lot gummier than a marshmallow should be, and the more you eat it, the more nauseating it becomes; these tend to be very one-note. Although in this particular flavor, the crunchy clusters are a lifesaver, and makes the puff bar a lot more enjoyable. These and the cookie dough are my favorite."

Tastes Great! Melted during Shipping.

"The flavor is great, but the entire box arrived melted and smushed, so the bars are very flat and difficult to eat. We've purchased Built Bars many times and always opted for the delivery protection, so I'm not sure what happened. We've never had this issue before."

I wish they sold more in stores. . .

"This is my favorite flavor but I can't seem to find it in stores. I have to have it shipped and the whole box was melted. I bought 3 packs of 12 and they were all mush. If I could buy the flavors I like in stores. . . I wouldn't have this problem. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars."

Melted S’more than I wanted…

"Although I did eat one bar already, my main complaint is about the fact that all of the bars have melted in to a very small condensed version of themselves. Granted…it is a million degrees in Texas but they melted in transit. The building where they were deliver to is air conditioned. I blame the delivery company. Anyway, I hate this happened. I paid a lot of money for them so I’ll keep them. They are just melted and squished."

Nasty Taste

"These are disgusting! I was so excited to get them in the mail and promptly put them in the fridge as they had melted into a roundish clump, but that did not bother me as much as the taste. When I took a bite I had high expectations anyway, but they were disgustingly awful. The only flavor I could distinguish while chewing was the taste of burnt marshmallows (and not in a good way). I could not taste chocolate or peanut butter or graham crackers! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! I had my adult kids try them and they immediately spit out their first bite! I threw the whole box away. I loved the Peanut Butter Cookie Chunk Puff!!! Please create more delicious bars like those."
