Great bars. . . Don't ship well to warm areas.

"I love the Built Puff Bars. I wanted to try some flavors I haven't found in stores so I ordered online during their Labor Day sale. The bars came fast, the only issue is they don't ship well on hotter areas. Probably wont order again unless the temps drop drastically. The bars are very gooy and most of them have liquid leaking from the coating. Not sure if they are good to eat after getting so hot."

"Order took 8 business days, not including a weekend, to arrive. The box was handed to me directly off UPS truck yesterday and right to the refrigerator for the rest of the day. During those 10 days it took to ship to me, the bars melted and were ruined!! Nothing should take 8 business days plus a weekend to be shipped, especially perishable items!! $150 worth of Built Puff bars that are garbage now! Beyond disappointed because I love these Puff Bars but they are inedible now! I want my money back!"

HORRIBLE!

"I ordered the Coconut ones through Built and the inside and they tasted horrible!! Coconut is my favorite one so I was disappointed. I was given a gift card and I ordered them again through Built, and they were the exact same! I looked at the Best By date and Batch number were the exact same!! I emailed the company and was told to wait while before ordering because the 4 ct bars don’t sell as much as the 12 count!"

Better off buying from a store to prevent melting!

"First order received was delicious and is good condition. The 2nd order came last week and most every bar we opened was malformed. They seem to have a melting point that that doesn't lend itself for home delivery in the summer! The worst was the Cookie Dough Puffs which was the biggest disappointment."
