"I was excited for when my box said delivered. I came straight home to find all the bars to be melted. It was a hot day but I wish the company would have put something chill around it so my items wouldn't be squished in strange shapes and stuck to the packages. They still taste good but I don't get to eat on the go like I normally would. The chocolate outside falls everywhere and if I don't find it right away it looks bad on my work clothes."

"Unfortunately the 2 boxes of bars in this order were melted and stuck to wrappers. I think it was hot in the delivery vehicle because I brought them inside almost immediately after delivery. They still taste great as always but are hard to get out of the wrapper. I did the little delivery insurance extra charge as always but haven’t bothered to figure how to utilize that. I just plan to eat the ones I can get out of the wrapper and then wont order any more until cooler weather."
