Product Protection

"Not really sure what the product protection does. I have ordered quite a few boxes of different flavors from their website most of the time I get lucky, and they come in good shape, sometimes they come and they're completely melted. Built has always done their best to make it right though."

"Product protection is ALWAYS worth it. One time, my order showed as delivered but I could not find it ANYWHERE. (I think it got stolen. Not surprising since these bars are so good.) Built replaced my order with no hassle."

"I was late to the built bar game and I wish I would have got them sooner. This is my absolute favorite protein snack. I eat one every morning and I eat one in the evening absolutely love the texture of these things. The flavors are one point built bar I’ll give you guys 100. Thank you for making such a great snack that has protein. I crave these when I’m out. Can’t wait to make my next order the coconut one of my all-time favorites the strawberries and cream amazing can’t wait to try the other ones."

"Aince undergoong gastric sleeve surgery 3 years ago. Built bars have been my go to. Not only are they satisfying to me, but they’re great tasting, low calorie and high protein. I try to but everytime a new flavor is released. Will keep ordering not stopping anytime soon!"

"★★☆☆☆ I was excited to try these, but the shipping experience was really disappointing. I live in Arizona, where it was 116°F, and my package was delivered to a community mailbox at the end of the street. The bars sat in what was essentially an oven. The only warning was a note saying to refrigerate them for an hour before opening because “it’s hot out.” That’s not an acceptable solution. If you’re shipping chocolate products during extreme heat, they should be packed with insulation and ice packs or delivered directly to the customer’s door instead of a mailbox. After refrigerating them, they still tasted fine, but they were completely misshapen from melting. I won’t be ordering during the hot summer months if this is how they’re going to be shipped. The product itself seems good, but the shipping experience was enough to make me think twice about ordering again."
