what's the white stuff

"Of all the flavors I have tried (which I think has been all but the sour ones) Chocolate Milkshake Puff is my absolute favorite. They taste like a 3 muskateer candy bar. I feel like I am cheating when I eat one. It's hard to believe it's only 140 calories with 17 grams of protein!! Unfortunately I had an issue with my last order. I ordered two boxes of the Choco Milkshake Puffs. I was excited that the delivery arrived before I left for work because now I knew what I was having for lunch. Upon opening the bar I was surprised to see chunks of a white substance at the end of the bar. It looked like hardened coconut oil but was not oily. I didnt dare eat it. I cut about 3/4 in off the bar and the rest of the bar tasted fine. Unfortunated EVERY BAR in the box had the same white substance on it. I had to cut the part of every bar off. I just opened the 2nd box today and sure enough, same thing. What is it?? I have been meaning to contact you. The bars taste okay but I dont dare eat the white stuff. I have never had it appear on other Choco Milkshake bars before. I would have given 5 stars but I ended up having to throw away part of each bar."

"The product I purchased is so good ! It’s just the only problem I had was with your carrier driver, not wanting to leave my product on time when it was supposed to be left. Not realizing my home is surrounded by cameras just do better on your delivering service other than that, you guys are awesome."

Awful

"They were totally melted when they got to my house. I put them in the refrigerator and now they are flat rectangular bricks. I’m very disappointed for the amount of money I spent. I think they would be good if they were the consistency of a regular Built bar."

Favorite Protein Bar

"Delicious, helping me to get my protein on my weight loss journey! Love each one I got! Need to order more, but. . . it has been 90-100 degrees here for weeks. I take it you don't cold pack them any more. They melted to a flat bar instead of a rounded one. The flavor is still good, but very sticky to get out of the wrapper!"

Sour Apple is good.

"I don't care for the lemon flavors and haven't tried the 'sour' flavors, but I was surprised how much I enjoyed the sour apple. Banana cream pie isn't my favorite, but it isn't bad, and I won't complain about getting free ones. I actually plan to purchase more sour apple, thanks for the samples!"

Light, hits the spot without over doing it
