"Not sure if it’s because it was delivered to a parcel box in Arizona and melted into a blob, but the texture was awful and it had a chemical taste once we tried it. Neither my spouse or I could take more than a single bite. First and only Built Bar we haven’t been a fan of!"

"My bars were delivered to the parcel box at 9:30am and were completely melted by the time I got home from work and retrieved them. I was told by Built to put them in the refrigerator and that they usually hold up fine. I did as instructed and they are terrible. I sent photos and am still waiting on a reaponse. Ive been ordering Built bars for over 3 years. Super disappointing."
