"First of all, I like the fact that the puff is not wrapped in chocolate. It has a tart flavor, not overwhelming, and has a smooth. If I had to improve the taste (it doesn’t need it) a little more pineapple (sweet) would go a long way. I definitely would buy this again!"

Melted on arrival

"I paid the extra few dollars for package protection. Unfortunately the product still arrived melted. There is a label to place in the refrigerator when received and I did this. In doing so it does change the texture of the exterior on the puff and it crumbles. Overall taste is fine, but what a mess!"

Good, will order again, just not in the summer

"Flavor is good, a little sweeter than I'd prefer. I ordered these during the summer, with the shipping protection, hoping that would prevent them from melting. It did not. Delivery was completed and brought inside within 10 minutes, placed directly into the refrigerator for 3 hours before opening to enjoy. The shape is deformed, coating layer bulked in some sections, missing in others. Overall I will purchase from Built again, just no longer in the summer."

"I love built bars. But I am a bit frustrated that they can’t get delivered without melting. Then you open the package and the coating is all off the bar. I know that it says to putt them on the refrigerator before you open them but that doesn’t solve the problem. Is there not something you can do about this?"
