"I picked up my box as soon as it was delivered to my door. They taste fine, but the boxes never come with any kind of cooling feature so they are completely melted when they arrive. I refrigerate them but the final form is deformed. I don’t want to keep ordering from you because you don’t care about the products melting every time."
