The Chicken Bone Broth has a very good flavor. I drink it mid-morning for a snack as I have been on WW for 2 1/2 years and want to maintain my weight loss of 30 pounds for the sake of my knees. Did you know that for every 1 pound you are overweight you put 4 pounds of pressure on your knees so my knees are now carrying 120 pounds of less weight & I want to keep it that way. I also drink it to get my daily dose of collagen. Have tried other bone broths but this one is certainly a keeper.
